5. How to Initiate a Return

6. Refund Process

9. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

11. Class and Workshop Cancellations

Class and workshop fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled class date. We may be able to offer a credit toward a future class or workshop. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class date are not eligible for refunds or credits. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit.

12. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us for assistance. Gift returns may be processed for store credit or exchange. The original purchaser's receipt or order information may be required to process the return.

13. International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties. Returns from international locations may take longer to process. Please contact us before returning an international order to receive specific instructions.

14. Restocking Fees

We do not typically charge restocking fees for standard returns. However, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returns of large or special order items, returns made after the 30-day return period, or returns of items that are not in their original condition.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the address provided by you. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
